Texas Filers - Please share timelines on cases filed concurrently (mine is I-140 & I-485)
Hello, I’ve noticed that cases filed concurrently seem to have a different timeline than those filed separately. I feel concurrent cases take longer to get approved. Could those having them handled by the Texas Service Center, please share your timeline? Here is mine: Texas Service Center. Employment based.  I-140 & I-485 PD: June 2019. Feb 6, 2020:  We received your Form I-140, Immigrant Petition for Alien Worker.  We received your Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status. Feb. 24, 2020:   We accepted the fingerprint fee for your Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status. Our Texas Service Center location is working on your case. Aug. 11, 2020:  We received your response for Form I-140, Immigrant Petition for Alien Worker. Oct. 20, 2020:  Case Was Updated To Show Fingerprints Were Taken Feb. 2, 2021:   We sent a request for additional evidence for your Form I-140, Immigrant Petition for Alien Worker. March 23, 2021:  Response To USCIS' Request For Evidence Was Received April 5, 2021:  I-140 approved notice (via mail). Though, this has not been updated on the USCIS website. Online, the last update shown is March 23 RFE received. Not sure what comes next. I am assuming either interview or I-485 approval… but it’s taking awhile :(
