TEXAS CENTER PROCESSING DECEMBER 2021!!! Hello everyone. Early this morning we received a REF (attached) requesting a simple evidence. First of all, this application, Lawfully, was the first notification received minutes from USCIS requesting the evidence...thank you Lawfully!!! Otherwise I had to wait 3 to 4 days to receive the notice in the mail...USCIS didn't sent via email address provided...and kind of giving up checking the status in their USCIS platform. I do have checking frequently Lawfully and even doing a timeline from Texas Center approval postings therefore I'm bringing hope to those have been waiting decisions since December 2021. FYI...the evidence is uploaded although limiting to 5-pages in .PDF. So download a free pdf scanner in Google play for sharp scanning. By requesting evidence now, after receiving the petition confirmation "no evidence required in this time.", it means that one is approved after receiving the evidence. Will continue to keep all in the loop. P.S. 10 hours later I uploaded the evidence but to make sure I sent hard copy to the address on the form: USCIS/TSC ATTN. RFE/NOID/NOIR/NOIT 6046 N. @cancun,, so the 5page limit is really not 5pages, it’s just 5 separate PDFs? how many pages did you end up with in the one PDF you scanned?
