you are funny, my was pending for 3 years, just got 10years green card Last week, don't waste your money hang in there,so far your marriage is real,they may investigate u,denied you,found you inadmissible but if your spouse stand with you,u will be alright.

I appeal and filled another case side by side,1 home visit, 3 stoke interview, first case was denied.i withdrew the appeal when new one was approved, basic line dont do fraud if u are real,u can fight it tooth and nail.

you need 3 years since last action to file in court

actually I may be wrong. you may need 3 years since you applied. check with a lawyer.

my case is pending since June 2017, 2 interview, 1 home visit, uscis also went to my wife grandma house, they still call my wife on phone . still they haven’t approved my case. I will be renew my 4th working authorization by February 2021. will advise you to wait is not easy but it’s worth it!

@nit coi, check this law firm, they specially on it, Hacking Law Practice, they have a YouTube channel and a Facebook group called "Immigrant Home". According the videos that they have about it you can sue them after the 1st year of filling and not having progress about your case.

my case is different, one of my wife's family member because there was feud called immigration and lied that our marriage was fake,that is where war started from,it took us 2 and 6month

we got us a very good lawyer, though they vet my ass,found me inadmissible did 3 stoke interview but at the end of the we appeal the denial, refilled and finally got 10years hand in there and dont loose hope,if your spouse really love you she will get it for you because he or she is who matter
