mine is even crazy because I’m on removal proceedings and I can’t apply for 485 until 130 is approved according to a lawyer advice

been waiting since January 2021…and it’s concurrent filing from Tucson, A marriage based. not sure why it’s taking so long

texas service center is 10.5 to 14 months…. Sometimes it for a good reason they took that long. They waited 1day after my anniversary to approved me( September 16 to july 28) . That was prefect because now they see i was married for two years before i was approved. Now my interview was waived/ then canceled. Live agent told me today again it canceled because I don’t need one.
