I think you need a lawyer now to threaten a mandamus or file a mandamus for you

yeah, I did call and someone from there told me a tier-2 personnel will contact me in two weeks. they did reach back to me in about three weeks and few days. and will get back again after checking things…waiting on that…it’s just a lot of waiting…waiting for the interview…waiting to hear result of the interview…i never imagined it will be this time taking but turned out to be like this 😢

@cj, what is a mandamus case filing? can you plz explain…may be it’s exactly what I need

As stated by CJ, mandamus is the alternative now with a good lawyer though it might trigger them to deny you if you file by yourself but with a lawyer, they’ll be careful. A friend had similar problem but immediately she brought in a lawyer, they gave the son 10 years and rescheduled her for another interview next month November

do you have a rough estimate how much it will cost to file mandamus with an immigration lawyer? can the lawyer be located in another state…not necessarily from the state I am leaving in?

still no response

after following your advice, now case is moving and they asked for RFE medical since those docs has expired more than 3 years, I submitted again and they note me that they have recieved it. fingers crossed and God’s will I hear good news soon. it’s has been a nightmare, a very long one. plz pray for me. also I hope ppl in a similar situation as mine will also get a good news soon. God is great!
