Speaking with Live Agent
Please can someone who has been able to bypass the BOT give me hints on how to get to speak with a live agent on calls made to USCIS. Thank you

Step 1: system will ask how can I help you today. Answer: I want to know about my case.
Step 2: System will respond okay I can help you, do you have a receipt number. Answer: I never received a receipt number.
Step 3: System will ask if your case if submitted to a service center or lockbox. Answer: At a service center.
Step 4: System will ask if it’s already passed 30 days. Answer: Yes
Step 5: System will ask if you checked the tracking. Answer: Yes
You will be connected to a live/human agent. Enjoy!

or when you call, just say "update contact information" and you will be connected to a live agent.

I just use “connect to live agent” and works like a charm. Try to chat around 8:00 AM EST

just say “Infopass” and it will send you straight to live agent after a couple of announcements. Works every time

I I Call them and talk to them almost everyday, I just say I never received my notice 😊.Avery agent it’s so different so keep calling if you don’t get what you need.
