did you switch from PR to citizen filing for spouse?

yes., I beconme us citizen., send them the evidence they asked me for., they update my case and that’s why they transferred my case! from California to Potomac and nothing yet!

oh wow, I don’t even know if my case was transferred, but we called USCIS to update my husband’s from lpr to citizen. We got an RFE then we sent a lot of documents asked but his certificate of naturalization was not asked , we included it anywhere. Then i130 was approved. We then got a message to file i485, which we did. PD fr i130 is feb, 20

@kimmy Potomac is not the only one., California and Vermont is like hell…, lord have mercy!!

@Ja I know it’s not the only one but god darn it, Potomac is horrible, my case is sitting there as well. Seems to me like it’s lost in the dungeon 🙄

@P.O yes, I called all the time too and ask about my case., but my husband is abroad!! that’s why I said that I only file for I130!!!

and also I made a inquired 2 months ago and they replay to me from Potomac they told me that my case is in line, waiting for a USCIS officer to review my case., and it being a month of that massage and nothing yet!! but hopefully everything goes alright and they approved everything for everybody!! 🙌🙌
