I feel like I am in the long wait zone lol
Perm caused me 7 month 15 days to approve.
Later it took me one half month to prepare documents.
And now in the USCIS, the backlog and speed are ridiculous.
I believed most people who file perms after May 2020, go through the long way of perm. And right now stuck in long wait in USCIS.
Feel depresses,but it is reality….

@julia c yeah, when perm processing time from 90 days to 225 days, it really stress me up because we need to also worry whether we get audit. Luckily, it got approved, and now stuck in USCIS the long wait.. !
I believe only those people who go through from labor certification can now what we going through and with so many pressure and worry!

You get over 200 days for perm. You get the risk of being audited and have it bumped to over an year. Then you get the i-140. That’s another year or 15 days with premium. Finally, you get the I-485, and that’s another 8 months to 2 years, depending on where it was filed. Then you possibly get interview. It’s crazy! I wish it was like a marriage where you get the i-130, i-485 and interview.

@ SB I totally agree with you, it was not fair because we suffered more and worried more, but this is how it is until now…

same here. endless wait and depression. you are not alone. we are all going through the same thing here and it is so unfair.
my Perm was filed in Nov 2018 for Eb3. because of my stupid lawyer and the pandemic, I am still waiting for approval even though I even submitted my medical rfe back in March.
