i got my request response after 83days

@I A did they send you a request for evidence?

is there generate any request number so you can track it! in my case i submit to time but no generate any request number its means your case is in normal time!

Service request applied on april 1st no response, today it was supposed to be due to response. june24th stuck with finger print was updated !!!

@waiting unskilled eb3 @r s I did congressmen request too. I got normal response like it is in queue you have to wait. My case is still CRP at NBC . Both of them didn’t worked out. But I figured out those CRP case whose PD is after me are getting update to RFE, Finger prints applied and approval has previously issued medical RFE then me back in 2022. I think CRP case of June 2022(RFE medical issued) as of now had got Fingerprints were taken update. Looks like i need to still wait more as my first RFE was issued in August 2022. If PD moves forward and those CRP cases has previously issued RFE before me i have to wait more. I may be wrong as anything can happen. It is USCIS, can’t predict their all move.

@I A my pd is January 4th 2021 I haven’t received any rfe or anything am at nbc i hope they will open our cases asap as we been waiting for so long have you been working yet if yes how long have you worked ?

@r s 2 years still working. I have couple friends, same company,it will be 3 years for them in July.

I got a reply from my SR after 60 days saying my case was ready to have an interview schedule ( I already did one )

guys donnt do it inquiry last 2 month ago i did inquiry i already sent 2time rfe and 2024 dec i did interview now they scheduled my 2nd interview 🥲so guys better then wait if you ask inquiry lot of time they call again interview.

@I A I contacted congressman too, and nothing works out.

@abbb 2021 I chatted to emma, and they said they saw a target date for service request response was today too. that’s why I was trying to submit new one.

@mahika sth me too!!! did you receive RFE for medical? I don’t think Service Request is the problem I would say that it is all about the officer

@GB B i have no idea i already sent medical nov 2024 and i did interview dec2024 ofter my case showing case Crp .i did inquiry last 2 month ago now its saying interview scheduled.

@mahika sth the SR is the common denominator for us - I see no reasons to have this second interview.

@GB B exactly no reason i allready give us what ever they want pay stop w2 tax everything.

nope nothing like that just yes no question like the first one they don’t care how many hours you work with sponsor they just care about you work or not with sponsors good luck
