I would suggest that you try to expedite your case. If you have a strong reason such as your company’s significant financial loss because you are not working then chances to get the request approved. For expedites you have to wait between 10-15 days to get a response though, but if approved, you should have your card in 1 week after approval.

did u get ur EAD ?

if you got ur EAD then most probably u will get ur GC soon as I see you have already sent your rfe.. so chances are high that they will waive your interview.. this is what u have been seeing lately ..

These are the dates I entered. Their system still shows that “we received your case on Oct 29”. it looks like moving but there are no updates. No EAD/AP yet here.

Thanks @C A and @s p. Our H1/H4 extension is also in progress and the extension is possible only for one year with pending AOS. Not really a reason to expedite now. But the wait without any status/update is really frustrating. Evertime you call them, they give different answers and ask to wait.

I’m not sure what the difference is, but my service request started with T1 and I received an e-mail response within 2 days minus the weekend. E-mail also specified:- Type of service requested: Tier 1. It gave me the status and said that I will get the Decision or Notice of Action shortly. Don’t know what any of it means, but T1 was specified. It’s Tier 1 officer response.

SK , I'm an 10/30 filer. on the sae boat and tired of filing SR and ER. no responses and yet to recieve the EAD. NK- for SRs submitted on the call it starts with T1. erequests starts with S.

Thanks everyone. @s p, my FO is Jacksonville, FL. After they raised the ticket, They told me that someone will get back to me within 30 days. I didn’t even get any mail for that matter with this ticket information.

I did both expedite (twice) and service request. both ended in copy/paste answer we are reviewing blá-blá-blá. my pd for i-765 is nov 9. I don’t see anything else to do but wait

Submitted on 9/29/21 and received an e-mail on 10/4/21. Very generic e-mail stating “case currently under review. Should receive a decision shortly.”
