September filers!!!!!!!!!
What happened did USCIS forgot that there is the month of September in the year? not kicking anyone down but how did they bipass us and got to October and even February of this year without approving ours? #BeyondFrustrated

July, also still waiting. They didn't skip September. The average waiting time is 8-12 months.

Sarah K. 8-12 months for for the overall GC process. EAD is suppose to be 90days but delayed due to Covid because they have backlog. I just don’t see how people who have filed after is getting thru before those that did

I filled September also they asked me evidence October I sent right away AND NO ANSWER !!!!!!!

@ Name Unknown: I know that it was 90 days before Covid. Now the average waiting time for GC AND EADs is 8-12 months.

@Melanie azk I filled September too. got rfe in October. responsed on nov1st. no updates since. I called and they said call back if I don’t get anything in a month. i will be a month on march 8th.

@ Sarah K. from 90 days to 9 months though isn’t that redilious? while people getting thru within or under that 90 days time frame
