@C A it might be a different RFE check under the documents tab on your uscis account to see what it is .

Just mine yet. It looks like the letter is arriving tonight or tomorrow accoridng to usps.. fingers crossed! When I got the update notification, I honestly thought I got an approval.. disappointing but trying to see brighter side

In my case it first changed to name was updated. I got so happy, people told me that it would be an approval and then at same day changed to RFe was requested. :/ keep me updated when you have it in hand.. I’ll do the same

Got the letter. They’re asking three questions. One - I accidentally checked ‘no’ which should’ve been ‘yes’. So they’re asking clarification why no. I have official documents so I can correct it. Should there be any impact on this? Two - Asking whether I’ve been employeed since 2021 Sept. Lawyer thinks this is a weird one since I have my H1B extended last June. So I can prove that. Third - asking whether my wife has been employed in the states ever. Answer is yes but 5-6 years ago, not since last entry.. Nothing major I don’t think but still frustrating.

omg literally the same thing for me. sent in my medical rfe late last year and just got request for further evidence today.

@C A yep just got it yesterday! I panic called my legal team and they said it’s likely to be a simpler request but who knows lol. I’m just hoping I get that letter asap

yeah whether it’s a simpler request or not, it adds stress lol Trying to put together my response to uscis.

I hope my letter arrives soon.. I took a look at my birth certificate and noticed it’s too old and missing parts also my wife’s birth certificate is in bad condition as well.. I really hope that will be the issue 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

still nothing.. no news from my legal team either (they usually get it faster because they are closer to the center). They did say that it could be a system error(?) but not sure how accurate that might be

@CA wow, I'm also here as a student. I wonder if they will do the same to me. My case has the name update two days ago, but no changes ever since. I'm thinking that maybe this week I should hear from them?

for me they are asking for a copy of my new valid passport and evidence of employment authorization since my last ead expired(or proof that i only worked until the last date of my ead). like really? im out of a job because of the processing delays and this?

Sorry to hear that. I finally got the green card after the rfe submission. Took about a few weeks but glad that it’s over! Hope you get it soon too
