Seattle timeline
Hi Seattle fillers. Does anyone know where does USCIS stand in Seattle office? I’ve read somewhere that they are processing December 2019 cases now, but I find that hard to believe. Is there anyone who just got their interview scheduled? what is your PD?

it can take 4-6 months for biometric and for some people even upto 10 months. same issues if interview is required. Rest delay is based on the service center involved.

Not exactly what I asked. i want to know what PD are being scheduled righr now? some say it’s December 2019 and some July.

For Seattle filed office family based AOS takes at least 2 years from so interview scheduling can take over 9-10 months after Case is ready to be shchduled for an interview . MY PD is SEP 2020, got my EAD/AP in AUG 2021 and case has not been scheduled for an interview yet. Seattle is the slowest field office , keep your fingers crossed like others and hang in there. Mine is August 2020 so we are right there. I got my card in February and since then my case is ready to be scheduled. I don’t think it will change soon. But from what I heard some places are seing faster process times now than few months ago. San Jose per instance schedules in under 6 months, even though it says 15-24 months on USCIS website. Hopefully Seattle gets better.
I would love to hear from someone who just got scheduled so I can see where do we stand.

In the Seattle Whatsapp group some have gotten their interview scheduled from 2020 already. It usually takes around two years for Seattle. More people are having their interview scheduled in Portland, Yakima, and Spokane.

@D M do the change their address(move?) to get scheduled in Yakima or Portland? do you know what months 2020 got scheduled?(mine is 8/2020 still no combo card or interview)

i also wanna know the same as are people with Seattle field office are transferred to Yakima ,Spokane or Portland to ease pressure on the seattle field office . Thank you .

@Jamie T no they didn't change their addresses. The people who have been scheduled so far are from February 2020.

@Nammie JR thank you so much for the link. So regarding people being scheduled from February 2020, does that mean almost everyone before February has been scheduled or there is no rule?
