SAVE case pending more than 30 days
hi, I’ve come to driver license department to renew my driver license. I’ve h1b visa till 2024 and they said they need to request a SAVE case to USCIS and will respond in 30days. but until now, there is more than 30days without any response.
I check in USCIS and it still under review. does anyone have the same situation? if yes, can you let me know how long does it take in your case?

I had similar issue. I am currently on f1 OPT with pending i485. my drivers license renewal has been pending for over 1 month

thank you. did you contact the driver department or just waiting? my driver license will expire soon. so I’m really worry.

I was told it takes 30 business days. I’m on day 29 now so fingers crossed
