There’s something wrong. All service centers are processing cases from the end of 2019. If your case is from April 2019 you can make a case inquiry.

I already did it. I received the standard answer. Also, I have read cases hear in lawfully from people who are waiting since 2018

Claudia, I would suggest a case inquiry. you have the right to do it by yourself if you would like to do so. something is wrong here with your lawyer. How could it be possible the talk about a backlog when people started many months ago to downgrade to Eb3 just to get the process faster. please ask your lawyer where is it said what he is stating ?
