@Claudia, USCIS is supposed to give you a formal notice within 30 days of your interview. I really hope you haven’t been sitting here waiting when you could’ve sued the department & forced their hand to give you a decision. Contact an attorney NOW!

You need to sue. This is incredibly important. contact an attorney; do not stop bothering them. You deserve your decision. They’re supposed to give you a decision within 30 days!!

everything i have found says 30 days from interview. yes it may take longer, but you are well within your rights to sue if it does. Claudia should be suing asap lol
