RFIE for 2020 tax docs (co-sponsor) AFTER biometrics?
Hello everyone
- Concurrent filing July 2021
- Approved Petition (oct2020)
- completed biometrics sept 16
- received RFIE for co-sponsors 2020 tax documents (unavailable at time of filing)
1. Does uploading the required documents via myUSCIS process faster than mailing to office? does it matter or is one way preferred over the other?
2. what does this mean in terms of our timeline?
3. should i be worried about the RFIE post biometrics?
any insights appreciated thank you very much!

you can upload it on your USCIS account but you still need to mail it in to be on a safe side
