i had the same rfe and I’ve been waiting for 128 days since they got my response. i called them a month ago and they said if I don’t get anything in a month call them again. I’m calling them tomorrow. I just called uscis phone number and said “ info pass” to talk to an agent. NBC

after rfe received i dint get my next notice till the 5th month mark from rfe response received

after 60 days if you dint hear nothing you put in a service request then they have within 30 days to answer you which they dint answer me so i reached out again and the agent told me if i dint hear nothing by a certain date to call them back but i dint have to

yes I did. On Monday my ead was being produced and an hour ago it says-card produced. I spoke to an agent today and they said my I485 has been sent for an interview request. I waited 3 months and half for movement after rfe response.

I’ve been waiting 203 days now

I’ve been waiting since October. I put in my 2nd service request 2 weeks ago and received an email yesterday: “On February 22, 2022, you or your representative contacted U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) about your Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status because you believe your case is outside normal processing times. We are still reviewing your case. We will mail you a notice when we make a decision.” the good thing is, it was coming from my FO. Two weeks ago the case was still at NBC🤞🏼🤞🏼🤞🏼

no, no EAD and no interview🤷‍♀️

I called USCIS now after 30 days that they didn’t get back to me and they said because the RFE is before the interview, I just have to wait for them to process my case and my case is not out of the processing time. my online account says the recieved my case and nothing after that. but USCIS agent said say that in their system my case is activly being reviewed. I’m not sure why it hasn’t changed in the account. and they didn’t put another request or didn’t say that they will call back. they just told me to wait.

@Sedi reach out to your congressman thats what i did and when i was close to sending in my privacy form to his assistant i dint need to because uscis changed my next notice and his assistant wrote me back today saying if i need assistant again just write them or call

it’s so frustrating. I filed together with my husband (parents of a USC) and we got the same RFE at the same time (Birth Certificate) and he received his EAD a week ago and I didn’t put a service request for him🤷‍♀️

my PD is 8/6/21. @Ilovecrablegs, I just received an answer on my 2nd service request. IT said: “We are still reviewing your case. We will mail you a notice when we make a decision”. I am not sure if I should make another request right now…

@tanja i got that to on my second notice and on my 3rd thats when i reach out to congressman i dint wait for USCiS

same here! They scheduled my interview 2 days ago and today they approved my EAD👍🏽
