rfe means request for evidence. that means uscis is asking little bit more information about the case. you have to wait for the notice it shows details instructions what further steps need to be taken

well, I would say it is not negative, as they are giving you a chance to prove what they need. If it was a intent to deny then it would be a problem.

you shouos check with your attorney and make sure you have the complete set of RFE sent by USCIS. its helpful to understand what is that they expect from your case
