3rd try i reached out to congressman because uscis agent was like if i dont hear by a certain date to write them back i wasnt going to give myself a headache so i went straight to asking for help .i got the same thing same time they received it they sent me out the courtesy letter and 5 months later my interview was scheduled

okay so after this letter which is almost arriving should I go to doctor ? looks like it this is good news right ? but I couldn’t understand after you get letter your status changed as an ‘ interview changed ‘ after 5 months or after you get letter your status changed right away and interview was 5 months later ? because this situation giving me headaches stress sleep ruinings

@melanie yes and it is good news .yea after they received my rfe they sent me out the letter with the same date and then 5 months later my status changed to interview scheduled

oh okay I sent my rfe it’s been 5 months now I am just getting my letter now. after 2 inquiry they sending me this letter. I don’t know what should expect. do you know how many months I can use that doctor papers ? 6 months or 1 year ?

@melanie on the 3rd inquiry i called my congressman for help and thats when my interview was scheduled and i think for 1 year now
