RFE received update
Does anyone know why USCIS is changing the dates for RFE received? They received my RFE 34 days ago and today they update the status to RFE received 1 day ago.

a lot of cases I see that the rfe date change is followed by approval after some days

@Waiting game I sent to Overland Park, KS. My application received date was July 24th but yesterday it changed to August 27th.

hey @Cristina Ruggi are you EB2? I just found a post online saying uScic maxed out visa for EB2 applicants already for the FY2025, maybe why there is a delay in the processing
