RFE possibility for I-140.
I filed my i-140 and i-485 concurrently in October (receipt date: November 2020). I am still waiting for my i-140 to get processed/approved. Is there a high probability that USCIS might request RFE for my i-140 application? Please share your experiences with me if possible.

I filed 485 in October 20 and got approved last week. my i140 was submitted in June and was approved in October. I think they got a major caseload in October as dates moved forward. if I were in your shoes, I'd try to change i140 to premium (if that's possible now)

Yes, there is a possibility to receive RFE for I140.
