i am waiting since 12th aug, many are getting approved within 2 to 3 week post sending medicals rfe, and many are waiting like me.

I am waiting as well since 25 aug.

they sent me rfe for medical, i sent them back on 12th aug, neither they updated status online nor sent me any receipt. i had chat with uscis agent , he did confirm that officer has received my medicals and suggested me to wait.

i sent mine on 18 and they updated with recieved rfe on 20 august. no update after that. mine processing centre is texas now but it was filed in nbc and i have msc series

is it the date your filed your LC or you filed i1485? pd is when you file your labor certificate

ohio field office and one in virginia fo, not texas , texas i have 4 other frirnd with same office we almost responded smae time but still pending

nothing yet, 60 days back i had sent medicals in response to rfe, i contacted again live agent today, very strange update i got today, he told me medicals are not attached to case, even uscis hasn't sent rfe yet, as per him what i got that was a courtesy letter, wait for rfe, i reminded him, the letter which i got that clearly says it was a RFE, in the end he told me wait for 30 days, tire 2 will call me in 30 days, 🤔🤔, whats going on.

mine got approved on 28th oct.

For me, RRFE it's been 84 days now. I wonder when I can get approved. my medical RFE was from NBC.
