RFE ESCALADE AND EAD EXPEDITE
Hi š I saved my response to rfe almost 4-5 months ago. I Escaladed 2 times and no answer. before they approve my 485 they not gonna give my work permit. and I was taking so much work offers thatās why I expedite my work permit 2 times. still no answer. I donāt have money. NJ is very expensive. Two spouse should work in the home. I am so depressed and hopeless now. Iām feeling like Iām screaming Iām crying but everyone closing them eyes and ears. I called them million times any officer didnāt assigned yet š¤£. they didnāt even look šš¼Now my solution is going to uscis office but no appointment. did anyone try this before ? did anyone go to uscis field office before without no appointment? is it working ? can I take them attention to my poor situation?

did you upload your rfe online or mailed it? did they update that they got your response of rfe? and what kind of rfe they asked you?

going to the field office without an appointment is not going to solve nothing if your service center still has ahold of your case .did you try to put in a case inquiry if you dint hear from uscis by the 60th day?

@Syed they asked sponsored form because we donāt have taxes for 3 years from my husband. he only has 1 year tax refund. probably thatās why they asked sponsored form. we filled again and we describe them why we donāt have tax return etc. and we have enough money for he can be sponsor to me. we sent it online. my 485 is ā rfe was receivedā for a months.

@i was made for this no I didnāt try. I did Escalade for 2 times. how can I do inquiry. Iām shocked anyone didnāt look even my case for a months after evidence and many expedite and escelade. Iām shocked š®

@melanie azk you have to call uscis say info pass and it would connect you to a agent and tell them which form you are trying to ingquire make sure they gave you a confirmation number

@MR oh really? so this is different then escelade? If I can do this is it gonna mess my application or Escalade? Iām so tired šŖ

please anyone can help me. i uploaded my rfe on my online account. I got a message on my online account that they recieved the document. I had my biometrics on December and since that time I have not receive any news.

I did call on 7th of February and the officer open a request for me and gave me a number. I have not received any thing yet

@Er Ka same exact thing š¤£ whenever Iām calling them they said donāt call enough just wait. and they latest target day for answer to me was 2 months ago. and this last 2 months I did 2 Escalade. AND I DIDNT GET ANY ANSWER I CANT WORK WITH ATTORNET BECAYSE I DONT HAVE MONEY I CANT GET ANY HELP HBECAUSE OF THEM

i was made for this - they did gave me a confirmation number. I do not know if I made a mistake not sending what was required by post office but I only uploaded. I have done biometrics on 23 December. since that I have not heard from USCIS

@Er Ka what did they ask you to submit if you dont mind me asking ,some
people upload it and some mail it or both i only mail it in to make sure they got it in their hands that way i dint drive myself crazy
