it will come by Thursday or Friday. if it’s for your child then it can be a birth certificate reason

typically depending on how quickly is the mail it takes around 7 to 10 business days after the put it in the mail so if they said August 23rd start counting 7 to 10 business days from there. Dont wait until the given time to return the evidence, the sooner the better

i replied mine a week today and there is not even an acknowledgment of receipt. But it was signed for by V. Smith and I wonder is there anyone here who sent RFE to Texas service center and was received by V Smith please?

@Al Flores, as mentioned by earlier commenter, have you checked the Documents tab in your USCIS account? You have an IOE* receipt number so they would also upload any document that they mail to you.

evidence is depend for example tax return marrige cetificate diforce dearth cetificate is something you mentioned on your interview if is something you can get here america is easyy but if not here america you will be pending and long time

@omar what if we never had an interview? what do you think it could be? someone mentioned it may just be passport photos and then quick approval after they receive it

this is happening whey they need evidence like if IRS they own you money if you did not pay back them ot any certificates like marriage proof divorce or death when they request this they give you timefame

my evidence were requested from me was issue of IRS the money they owed me and they need proof how I pay them but everyone has different issues they need something you mentioned the time of your interview for example married certified like death certificate or married certificate and when ever they requested from you you have sent the evidence they requested from otherwise your case will pending until what they need they received from you
