my RFE was for a signature. filed Dec 2021 RFE March 2025 Response Received May 2025

@user 124 ur rfe was for signature? I’m January 2022 , I just receive rfe week ago, I don’t know what it’s my rfe yet? but I sent my signature electronic , who was your lawyer?

@D.E.B g.z yes - it was for a deficient signature since i also signed electronically. my Lawyer is based out of San Jose CA

Mine is filled Feb 2020 RFE Received. May 2022 RFE Responded July 2022 2025 May still waiting

April,2022 with 6 prima facie no RFE and still waiting for the decision

@Start Spot @mm AA did you do inquiry with uscis about your cases?

how much time USCIS gives you to respond to an RFE? They sent me RFE on April 15 and I haven't received it in the mail yet. I filed and inquiry and on May 6 they responded that VSC will contact me (I guess through USCIS)within 30 calendar days so by then it will be almost 2 months since they sent it.

@M D you should have gotten RFE by now. Which address does uscis have? I would call them again and ask them if they can send RFE again

I do inquiry every 2 months. still case pending @Mrkvica M.

@M D they gave me 90 days to reply but i received RFE 1 week after it was issued
