rfe
guys 1-2 years into my vawa journey and I haven’t received rfe not even medical when did you guys receive rfe for ur case if u did receive one . I remember my attorney made me sign identification thingy from the government not sure if it was for uscis #vawa

@vawa 2022-23 not everyone gets an rfe. most times they just make a decision

@vawa 2022-23 like @sam Dami said, not everybody gets RFE but don't worry, if USCIS needs something from you, they will notify you. And they will request medicals, when they start making decision about I-485

@vawa 2022-23 My second prima facie was an extension for a period of 6 months valid until July 2025 and was issued in Jan 2025

@Mrkvica M. I’m trying to renew my EAD card, is there a filling fee to renew it? also is it advisable to send it to NBC?
