RFE - Form I-693
Did anyone receive RFE for I-693 which indicates to use an enclosed envelope when sending the evidence back to the USCIS office? My RFE states this but I don’t see any enclosed envelope I could use. Anyone see anything different?

Exactly what ray said. Don’t open it, send it the way civil surgeon gives you with a copy of your RFE.

Ben we got the same message referring to ‘an enclosed envelope’ but they did not include one. we sent it to the address the letter was from and I used a paper clip to attach the rfe letter to the sealed i639 envelope- then put that into a trackable usps envelope. uscis status acknowledged ‘response to rfe received’ 3 days after the envelope was delivered.

@ray reading, thanks but I was referring to a different envelope mentioned in the RFE notice. @vern verny, yes you got it! I’m glad you were in the same position and you figured a way to address it. Thanks. I’ll do same today and hope mine also gets accepted

@ray I paid only $250 for my physical. The lab et al was covered by my insurance. And yes I can see why I might have paid up to $600 if I didn’t have insurance.
