ok so there's nothing to be worried in the first place That response means your case is in the line of background checks and or being queued for the interview. (also recent scenario shows 99% EB cases with dependents are interviewed)

I’m not sure if the fact that I am working skilled job would affect my application 😬I’m aware that this category is about working after getting greencard but I did work for my sponsor for about 1.5 years before taking long leave this Jan

@Just A Cat Waiting For GC I got the same response from Uscis when congressman Inquried my case recently, I think its a generic response that case is under review!

@abbb 2021 My LC application was audited before approved back in 2021. Did the same happen to yours? I’m wondering if it triggered them to review/audit my application again 🥵

it’s take 3-4 months to waiting, keep patient my friend. I has waited 3 months to get touched from Uscis after my PD became Current.

@Just A Cat Waiting For GC yes my LC was audited too but I already had my interview done last year after being current i got finger print update since then no change and when inquired with congressman i had exact same response. its just prolonged background checks which might take longer than unusual for certain cases.

Pretty much the similar response. I dont think they take their words on adjudicate cases in order received lol. 1/2021-4/2021 cases still havent been all cleared and 6/2021 are getting approvals (no offense). “Due to workload factors not related to your case, USCIS anticipates a delay in completing your case. USCIS is committed to adjudicating immigration benefits in the order received.”

@Jack Nguy 100%%% I’m from March and still waiting - we see people from JAN here also waiting and many from June have been approved. there’s no logic and no order lol

lols I feel you guys. Happy for those getting approved but still a bit pissed that their work is not in order and we never know what’s happening behind closed doors. Hope this is all over for us soon 😪

@Alex brown @eb3 other I also added my husband after we got married in 2023. Not sure if that contributed to all these delays

I have two kids that were born here in US, are they considered dependents in my case? because I am noticing this pattern, everyone who doesn’t have kids are having their green card aproved without interviews. is it make sense??
