At no point in this process have I gotten an orange paper

please does anyone know how long it takes to get an RFE sent by USCIS. mine has been 14days now and still nothing in the mailbox..

@chris I received my 693 RFE last week. It came with a orange paper with my case number, a number, a space to fill up if I changed my adress and the adress to send. Also is wrote to put that page on the top of the documents that u going to send them.

@O mine got 3 days to arrive. The last one was around 7 days

there is a paper saying on the top to include to the rfe when you send it back . read the documents that you receive

My RFE did not have those instructions. the only instruction was ‘Please include a copy of this letter with your response by mail to this address:’

I should mention that this is an EB2-1 case

Mine didn’t come with this orange paper as well, I just send them the copy of RFE (both pages) and the sealed envelope with the i-693 form, all in the same package I used the priority mail and a larger envelope.

I should also mention that mine came from a field office not a service center which is possibly why the format was different

Yea they received on June 8 (about 4days after I send it) and on June 16 my case was approved

Andre Souza , which center was handling your case if you don’t mind . I sent my rfe to Texas sc since June 9 and I am still waiting.
