I have a friend who's a permanent resident and has been denied citizenship because of reckless driving.. make sure it's dismissed.

once you get convicted for it you can’t get it dismissed

i do not think vawa will be denied based on that. not sure about green card if you might need a waiver or something. make sure you stay out of trouble.

dont cancel your vawa! i believe they can send you a notice to appear if you cancel. did you filed vawa and adjustment together?

i just file the vawa by it self no adjustment
