got the notice on Jan 6th. nothing yet

I did not get a RFE after courtesy notice. been waiting for interview

the actual rfe notice may take a while. gather all your information and secure a civil surgeon so as soon as u get it, u have it all together. as did I

@Daksh we’re in the same boat. My priority date is also in march 2022 and I received the courtesy letter and was told by uscis that my interview was waived.

my pd is also March got that letter September that letter don't mean nothing they also told two times my interview been waived I haven't had no update on my case so don't worry about these little things are what they tell you

@KP when you received you courtsey letter and did get RFE ???

do anyone know how long it will take for uscis to give RFE after courtsey notice

@daksh did you get work permit? what’s fo for i485 what service centre for i130?

@yP i have filed my I-130 on 12th Feb 2020 it was approved on 20 Feb 2022, then i came to USA on F1 visa nd filed I-485 & I-765 on 10th march 2022, both are still pending no update.

&daksh my I-130 was filed on July 2022 still no update

yeah it will take nearly 12month to 14 month @y P

&Daksh I got same rfe.. courtesy notice for i693 .. it says completed and signed form i693 was not submitted

okay now wait for RFE and then submit the medical, this is best time go and book the date for medical and get it done.

I already did medical check up before the time of submission and submitted sealed envelope.. I don’t know why they again requested for it.. and I also submitted i693… do I need to take appointment again? should I wait for next mail ?

I got this message A completed and signed Form I-693 was not submitted. You will be required to submit information and evidence to address these deficiencies. If you receive an interview notice in the mail, you must bring the information and evidence required to your interview appointment. Failure to bring the information and evidence to your interview appointment may result in the denial of your Form I-485. If your case does not require an interview, you will receive a Request for Evidence with further instructions.

wait for some time will directly approve your case or will schedule interview

Guys i have received RFE for medical

means interview waived ? only submit I- 693 to USCIS right ?

@o chi so now you complete your medical exam and then just mail them 2things. 1) Sealed envelope 2) The RFE notice mail to given address
