Question related to I-485 after Vawa!
Hi everyone, quick question: Once your VAWA application is approved, does your case get transferred to the National Benefits Center (NBC)? Do they process the application there until a decision is made, or does it get transferred again to a local field office?
Looking to hear from others who have gone through this process. Thanks!

your I-485 should transfer to NBC for a complete review & they will issue RFE or RFIE for whatever is missing.
I-486 >>> Field office
FO >> interview >> Decision
or
FO >> interview waiver >> Decision
