Please help.. asking for a friend
hi guys,
thank you for your help in advance. my friend who is a US citizen (applied for I-130 in July) is currently pregnant. her husband is out of the country. We’re trying to see if it’s possible for him to come for the birth. I know we can attempt a visiting visa and use the pregnancy documents. with the pending I-130, there’s a possibility they might deny him. is there any other way that we can go about this?

it a B2 visa is the only option really, and if they suspect he'll stay especially with the birth of their baby they will probably deny him entry , US CBP are assholes like that .

what country is he coming from? this matters a lot also
