Pending case
Hi everyone! USCIS called me saying that they’re working on my case now. How long does it take to get a decision? we’ve been filing taxes since we’re married but she decided to file alone this year. Do you think that can lead to a denial? Thanks.

and no filing separate returns doesn’t affect your case as long as you don’t file as single……prepare yourself tho just in case they might ask why cause some officers do even tho it doesn’t hinder them from approving your case good luck

@DOMINO 22 @Kai Chung @TK ZA they do call sometimes if u had put in a service request cause I did one and the email from them was they’ll either email or call and they let you know the number they’ll be calling from

You will receive a text message and/or email one to two business days before we contact you. Officers will begin calls starting at 7am local time. If you have… We will respond to you an urgent situation within 72 hours, Monday thru Friday a question that is not urgent within 30 calendar days a technical issue like a password reset within 2-3 business days If we respond to you by phone, the number that will appear in your caller ID is 202-838-2104. If you don’t have caller ID, the USCIS officer will confirm the service item number you were given when you first contacted us. If by email, the sender will be no-reply@uscis.dhs.gov. Please add this address to your contacts to ensure any messages are not sent to a spam folder. If you missed our first call, please be patient. We will try to call you twice. @Rosh faith🤞🏼 that’s when I called the live agent and asked to speak with tier 2. the tier 2 will call within 3 days / 30 days. I also got the response

@DOMINO 22 I got that email because I placed a service request I didn’t ask for a call back I spoke to the agent and they sent me that email after we got off the phone
