wow this is really fast. My PD is 03/18 and I did concurrent filing. I had my biometrics done Aug 13 and I just received my combo card today. I also have national benefits center.

me too PD 09/01 , Biometrics 10/08 cases updated reviewed 10/08 . they sent me a courtesy letter 10/22 I will be required to submit a medical exam to uscis once they issue another notice requesting the medical .

same thing. I updated my biometric 08/04. and they send me a doc for medical examination. but since longtime nothing

Great guys. let’s keep updates here since we have same PD and FO NBC. I didnt received any I-693 deficiency as I file concurrently with all other applications.

@Mai: Try to get vaccinated if you haven’t done it because the new Medication examination and vaccination require it now.

yes. I think all of us who have a PD in September and have had bio in October are still waiting for the next update

@ R R: I agree, it is very confusing. My PD is 03/18, got scheduled and did my biometrics on 8/13 and I just got approved for EAD/Advance parole a week ago. I received the combo card today. My I-485 says ready to be scheduled for interview.

@ Mai Delmore. Atleast you got your EAD/ advance Parole.. I have requested to expedite my advance parole since last 10 days. my mom is unwell. still no response. which Fo?

@R R I'm sorry to hear that. Hopefully, you get your EAD/Advance Parole in the next few days. Hope you mom gets well soon. For my I-765/I-131: National Benefits Center, I-485: Washington Field Office DC, and I-130: Potomac Service Center.

@R R: Yes, they did update it. Before they mailed it, I got a notification saying it was approved and they are currently producing the card. I also got an update when USPS picked it up and delivered to my home.

@Mai D. thanks. I don’t see any updates in both the cases. only in my travel i131 it says expedite request was received. we will review and get back to you, if we need any more documentation.

08/30 PD , got my Bio Done on 10/04 , case is showing actively being reviewed, Nothing new since then 🤷🏻‍♂️

My PD is 09/14/2021. Biometrics 10/18/2021 "Case Actively Being Reviewed" is my case status since biometrics. 10/28/2021 Received Courtesy Letter for I-693 Deficiency. Now I'm just about to get medical done and wait

PD:08/20/2021 Bio:10/12/2021 "Case being actively reviewed by USCIS" since 10/12/2021. I'm glad I found a few people that are in the same boat as we are. Hopefully we will all receive an update soon.

I checked cases around my IOE numbers and 2 interviews were already scheduled. Lucky people with fast field offices.

oh wow, that’s quick. my PD is September 2nd, 2021, gave Bio on 13th October , 2021. it’s been 25 days since I gave Bio and my status still says “case is actively being reviewed by USCIS”. hope things move fast.

No. PD 09/01. Bio 10/08. Still waiting patiently. I think we August & September fillers will start seeing updates in December.

I'm honestly feeling that we'll start seeing movement by the middle of this month actually. Let's see 🤞🏽

My lawyer basically told me I should be looking out in December before Christmas. Aldo @CJ sorry I'm just now seeing your replied lol I've deleted this app so many times out of disappointment and frustration.

Hey, I sent my pack to Chicago and it was received on August 4th, I did my biometrics on Aug 28th 2021 and its been saying "Case Is Being Actively Reviewed By USCIS" ever since. I'm hoping to get my i765 and i130 soon. Based on what people are saying I'm hopeful of getting it before Christmas. Ps. I'm a K1 visa, I'm not sure if that has any bearing on the speed of things happening.

My PD is Sep 22nd did my bio Oct 25th. I'm pretty impatient, this whole process is teaching me patience. Also we sent in the i130 August 2020 and it got approved January 2021

oh , so you applied for your I-130 last year? didn’t you do a concurrent filing? I did a concurrent filing for my case. I-485, I-130, I-765, I-131 all PD September 2nd , 2021.

We sent the I-485, I-765 and I-131 togethe they all have Sep 22nd 2021. The I-130 on the hand was already sent in it was just waiting for the other forms.

Alot of Lawyers advice that the petition I-130 gets sent in first.

I have already consoled myself. I shift my mind to December for updates. If it comes now good. The waiting is for the strong.

It will not show on your USCIS account like the rest of forms. but Yes you can check it separately on the case status website.

@anna yeah, it says case is received and a receipt notice was sent on case status web site. do you think I should log into my sponsor profile to see if there any update there?

@Abhi I think you should atleast you can see the pdf of the receipt notice and even see a more detailed case status.

@Abhi I think it too me 5 months to recieve an approval but yes it's always a waiting game with USCIS but once it's approved you should be in the clear.

one was 11-13 months it went down to 10-12.5 months I think and one was 9-12 months and it went down 8.5-12 months. lol it's not much but small wins do count.
