No I requested enquiry about i30 and 485 and saw update on my i485 saying interview is scheduled. my lawyer said we’ll have interview in next 30days and I’m waiting for official notice for interview via mail.

I had similar experiences with my i785 when I submitted enquiry and within a week I got biometric appointment 😅 so I never officially got any response for my enquirers but looks like someone saw it and did there job 😅

firts u need to be sure your case is still in Nebraska .sometime they moved cases without any notification

currently you can put a request in if areceipt date is 18th august or before. you have to wait until next month to see what the receipt date for enquiry changes to. it could go back to forward. hopefully it will be a September date and then you will be able to enquire

like someone said above, make sure your case is still in Nebraska. mine was and it got moved to texas with no warning. i realized this after 9 months of PD

Thank you for pointing that out! my husband (petitioner) did call USCIS before I wrote this post, they confirmed we are still at Nebraska and advised to file on Sunday.

it was a lawfully notification but turns out I was indeed transferred to another service center and they gave my husband the wrong info. You can try to file, the system blocks you anyways if you’re still under normal

@charlotte but California is working i130 for US citizen more faster than Nebraska no ??

Nebraska is 5 to 7 months, receipt date for inquiry is late august. California is a bit longer and receipt date is still in July.

Our dates are very similar. Our Receipt date is August 12. They started to actively review since September 13. I filed a case inquiry around two weeks ago.

Hi. I will let you know. our case is at California center. But based on what I’ve been reading on the internet, submitting service request does not really help and usually they just reply with a very standard message basically telling you to keep waiting. We managed to talk to a live agent through Emma. She told us our case is in line for final review and decision to be made. Hope it will be soon. keep me posted too.

Hi Sola. My husband is a USC. This agent we talked to was very nice and willing to help us, so I think that’s why she gave me a little bit more information. We had actually talked to a couple not so helpful agents and I was like fuck this lets talk to a differnet person.

@Sola There was another agent who told me that everything is going well with the case and I’ll hear a response soon. Hope we all will get an update soon.
