OUT OF NORMAL PROCESSING CASE INQUIRY
Has anyone been successful doing a case inquiry for a case out of normal processing times?? especially for Nebraska fillers!!

everything is strange with Nebraska. there is zero response on any type of enquiries. I'm loosing hope after almost 13 month waiting for EAD

it's crazy how slow it is at Nebraska. soon it's going to be a year for me and no EAD yet, no even GC.

honestly getting a response is not much better than not getting one at all. It’s usually a generic email and I’m pretty sure they send it to everyone. Below is the response I keep getting:
“We have received your service request and researched the status of your case. We have had to perform additional review, and this has caused a delay in processing time. Your case is currently in line for processing and adjudication….”

after sending 2 SR (60 days), i got response stating that i need to wait 60 more days and it’s already been more than 60 days . total : more than 120 days and still waiting for everything

The delays are intentional and made to give them more time to sort out their mess. for a single rfe response there is at least 60 days wait. its crazy. this used to be 2 weeks.

omg wth!!!!! I got mine in October and I filled March. they say they do these cases in order they are received but that’s bs!!!

Did you file inquiry online or through call? I was reading somewhere if you file inquiry through call it’s quicker than online, does anyone have any idea on this?

it has been one year for me as well, no ead no GC. Submitted RFE, gave biometrics and then gave interview but haven’t heard from USCIS since interview which was last month. also I filed for EAD in January but didn’t get that either 🤦♂️
