we can’t understand NVC I think it’s automatically processing cases they accepted all my documents and they asked me again for the same document that it’s been already accepted even when I email them and ask inquiry also I think it’s automatically responded which is we will review your case soon but nothing is happening now I gotta wait another 3 months for the Robert robot to review my case again , I can’t believe that . even if all your peper works are perfect and complete there’s something is gonna make it hard .

and guess wat they are planning to give my one year and half son appointment with out his mom which is already all her documents accepted and perfect but I don’t know how they don’t focus enough and plus that there phone number is down and they don’t answer phone so I don’t know wat to do with this situation.

@Erwin My I-140 was sent to NVC from USCIS after 5 months of approval. I’m still waiting on welcome letter.

Pleasure AA. That's the longest I have heard to receive NVC welcome letter! Hope you get some positive feedback soonest. I've also heard some people getting their letters after contacting the cis ombudsman. Wishing you everything of the best.

@lfe mi, thank you so much for your warm words,I just used your email and inquired NVC, they replied that I must email them using inquiry form on their website to get reply from them.Then I emailed them from their form& they confirmed receipt and will respond accordingly…….it’s slow dying journey😪 Dear……we have no choice 😥
