@TM🥰 MC it usually took 2 weeks each time we submitted! maybe you will hear something august 2nd 🙏 if not, i’d send them a public inquiry yes, probably 🥲 that is one of the reasons we were rejected the first time. i thought they only needed our 1040 forms but i guess they want both. they even ask for the 1099 if you or the joint sponsor have that

@TM🥰 MC yes we had to resubmit again. the ones they accepted are fine and stay in the account but the docs that get rejected have to be completely resubmitted. it’s so annoying bc this is the 3rd time i’ve had to do this. i really hope this time we will finally be accepted so we can move on… 🥲

@. …. i’m still waiting too. they don’t care about us. i sent an inquiry and also updated my congresswoman on our status. i just want to make it to the interview letter stage so we can know when to complete the medical and then finally move along with things. we have had such terrible luck both with uscis and nvc. 🫩 when did you submit again?

@Afreen Abdullah mohsin Husband is from Slovakia but he will be set for the Frankfurt embassy in Germany. Some European countries were moved to Frankfurt. No idea why.

@. …. we’ve been rejected 3x already. After the latest rejection, we resubmitted the docs July 31. Still nothing as of today. I even sent an inquiry. On August 2, they said they’d review them soon. It is now August 7 and still nothing. I am hopeful by August 14…1 more week of this nonsense I hope.

@Mariana ♡ I’m so sorry for that. as of now they are reviewing documents that were submitted on July 28-29 so hopefully on the weekend you’ll hear back. I thought I submitted mine July 21 the only thing that I submitted July 21 was the DS260 and the beneficiary civil document lol but I submitted the rest July 30
