k3 will be automatically cancelled once cr1/ir1 got approved

yes but did they approve yours? it looks like your case didnt get approved until 9 months after you filed for k3

Thats why i am asking now HOW LONG DOES IT TAKES FOR NVC TO RESPONSE FOR EXPEDITE REQUEST FOR THOSE WITH the same experience on NVC stage who did request for expedite.

i sent my expedited request july 1st and yesterday august 23rd got an email it’s under review. so they are currently working on expedited request submitted early july.
