I did 2 expedite and no luck, they don’t care

you can try after DQ. I sent 5 expedite request, all was rejected. waiting interview appointment since April 2022.but as I know in Armenia they don't have backlog once your case been DQed after 1-2 month you will receive your interview appointment

I’m still very grateful that at least uscis approved our Expedite Request so quickly after 9 months of waiting . Hopefully after being DQ they will schedule our appointment as soon as possible And as you said the wait at the us Embassy in Armenia is not that long . probably will take 2-3 months Thank you all .

Its normal for the embassy to make the decision.

my friend had the same response from the embassy in Nigeria, she continued to expedite nonetheless and they finally granted it to her.

Thank you for sharing it . Did she continued reappealing her expedite request after Documentery Qualified’ at the NVC ? Because now , we are going to wait till our fees accepted as well documents ,and then we are going resend our expedite request (based on emergency medical condition)

After uscis approved our expedite request,I really hoped that the NVC will approve it as well

we have a message on our nvc account saying that our expedite was approved by our US Embassy (Manila) but its been weeks and we haven't heard anything from them. I tried scheduling my wife's appointment on both their online and phone visa interview scheduling but both stated that they dont have any slots open for interview.

What was your reason for expedite request?

I heard that backlog at Nigeria very long, around 1 year. I waiting my interview appointment at Cape-verde since August

I’ve been waiting in interview since April 2022

but this whole process started in oct 2020

Does anyone have any updates since Dec 2022 regarding the Consulate in Lagos? I have been waiting for an interview since August 2022. Also, has anyone considered using FMLA-medical as a reason for expedite? Just a thought...
