they won’t notify they received it. when you upload you can see the submitted. it will take them around 3 months to review and when it is accepted they will change submitted by accepted. 2 more months for us to go so once they give you a date for Interview they provide where she needs to do medical exams before arriving to interview also if all goes well how long after interview approved does it take to get the visa?

it depends where does she lives For the medical exam she has online tools to use by selecting her country. she will have a list of doctors where she can go before interview depending on her case it can take upto 90 days to get a decision and a visa stamp on her passport everything is explained to you or you have link to open to get more info
