might be NOID.not sure. because if it’s an RFE it will show as an RFE. if it’s approval it will say case approved. but saying they mailed you a notice informing you of the action might be a intent to Deny. just saying not trying to put your mind down. but just based on what have seen from other groups. but hopefully it’s not that. good luck

they say case must be reviewed but at our interview everything went well just never had my medical but now they receive it

@Vanessa Martinez we did very well. we even bought our own 🏠house. the officer told me to wait 2-3 weeks for the GC in the mail but it's been almost 2 months now.

yeah there is no way it is NOID. At most it could be an rfe. But you said you contacted emma and they said you i130 is approved, right? May I know if the update you see now on i485 or i130 ?

had your case changed to card being produced yet. we had interview a day after you. and it only shows approved since then and only got the appproval notice in the mail. has your changed to card produced yet?

Hi Mitch, Can you please update what happened later? I got a similar message today for my I-485

it's a notice of intent to denied. and it's also an RFE. for my case they asked me to file for the i-601 waiver for grounds of inadmissibility, because in 2012, I applied for a US 🇺🇸 visa in my home country and stated that I was married, which was not true. so I got screwed up with uscis for misrepresentation. since then I'm still waiting for that waiver to be approved.

Thanks for the update. I guess you would have already gotten your EAD/Advance Parole combo card. Is the combo card still valid when a notice of intent to deny is received?

yes because a decision hasn't been made yet. but I'll advise you not to go anywhere close to the border. that's what my lawyer told me. but he wasn't sure thou.
