we submitted our I-129F on April 7th, it fell to the California office. anyone still waiting for a NOA2 approval from January to April?

Received my NOA1 on Feb 20. NOA2 on Aug 26...so it took a little over 6 months for me

my case in California and over 6 months waiting on NOA2 ! hopefully next week or so since k1 is high priority now !!!!

fingers crossed. assuming we are approved within the average processing time, I am worried about scheduling the K1 interview. all embassies in Brazil are only accepting emergency cases

No. The embassy in the Dominican Republic is only processing emergency visas as well. Just taking it moment by moment.
