no updates on uscis case tracking
hello community, does anybody from you have experienced your application status being in ‘received status’?
mine is in the received status since March now.
although, I had my biometrics taken in August but still no updates on the uscis tracking system.
is this normal?
please some help here.

Within a family, that’s being the case since Oct 2020 for some of us. At time the customer service can give additional information when you call them.
