No response to SR - N400 Outside processing time
I raised an Service request on 10/9 but did not get any response yet. I was informed by email that I can expect a response by 10/31. I called call center and they said I can submit another SR but there is nothing I can really do other than wait until my case is picked up for processing. What should be next step ? US Rep has reached out on my behalf as well. Should I go through an attorney?

its a lie, nobody will answer, i sent already 5 requests and nobody gives a shit!!!! They dont care about these requests, they always tell you to wait 30 days and never answer!!!

i dont know! I talked with a lawyer , she told me all those cases that were sent in the lockdown, are thrown somewhere on side, and are processed together with those that come right now! This means that we wait like stupids, and those who apply now get their interview in 1 month!!!! Its a total discrimination and im tireeed of this bullshit!!!

agreed. one of my friends applied in August 2021 and they had their interview last week.. our cases will never get picked up I guess.

we are the unlucky ones.. my husband applied on the same day and he became a citizen long back..
