No interview decision
hello I got my interview done in houston office and I already had my i130 approved in 2019, it’s more than 2 years since our marriage and my spouse is a citizen the lady who took our interview said it’s going to take 30 days for decision to be reached it’s more than 30 days now and I don’t want to bother them since I am scared for them to deny my case or ask for a second interview I remember she putting tick marks while asking me questions although I did get confused in some questions and she asked me the questions again to which I answered correctly and she tick marked I’m really panicky as everyone around my got their greencard approvals in two to three weeks should I involve a congressman ?

you should ask them, if they ask you second interview Don’t go back until you figure it out what is went wrong in the first place, secondly Don’t afraid get rejected it’s better to know it , rather than worry what is going happening. hopefully you will get approved dear.

Well, my interview was last Tuesday, the officer told me that I had to wait for an answer.
