my waiver was approved September 2020. my family relocated and we had mail forwarding but never received the official letter. I called the post office and was told during September they were layoff workers so my mail may have lost. 

I was told I need to apply for i824, but my question is when I submitted my i485, I used my recommendation letter from the department of state. will not having my i612 slow down my case?

If anyone applied for i824 how long did it take?
