they will assign you a FO nearest to your address. you’ll know it before your interview

hi!👋, NBC is the service center, the case is here until the FO is ready to do the interview and then is transferred to your field office, mine is hartford too. you can ask Emma where is you case, if is still at the nbc or if is in your FO
